Author visits provide an opportunity for your students to connect with the person and process of creativity behind the story.  Author visits offer a non-traditional learning experience as well as sets the stage to engage and inspire a wide range of future readers and writers. Not only do author visits offer a fun break from the classroom routine, but they also introduce students to the processes of writing, developing characters, and expressing one’s creativity.
